Our
personal service is dedicated to making sure you get the most out
of your computer. We offer a range of services from private tutoring
to on-site tech support.
On-Site
Service
If you are tired of carrying your computer to your local service
center and waiting on a long line before getting told to wait for
7 - 10 business days for any results, then we urge you to give ECAD's
services a try. We come to your home, on your schedule and diagnose
your problems on the spot. Not only does this save you time, but
it allows you to interact one on one with a trained and certified
technician while they repair your computer.
Purchasing
and Post-Purchase Support
Aside from our on-site service, we are proud to offer purchasing
services. You can purchase through us with confidence because we
source all of our computers directly from Apple Computer. As a member
of the Apple Authorized Business Agent Program, we can purchase
any computer, software, or peripheral that you may require. The
added advantage of using ECAD to purchase your equipment is that
you just need to provide us with your order and we take care of
the rest! When your equipment arrives we set up an appointment and
will gladly set it up for you and provide you with any post-purchase
service you may need.
Tutoring
We are happy to work with you and provide training and support for
OS X in general or specific applications like iMovie, Final Cut
Pro, Adobe Photoshop or any other OS X application. We can also
set up weekly tutoring services to assist you on a longer term basis.

Our range of services are designed to ease a company’s worries
about technology and maintenance.
Corporate IT Department Solutions
In many cases, replacing your existing IT department or contracting
with ECAD’s corporate IT solutions will save your company

We
work closely with our new corporate clients to ascertain their needs
and build customized retainer packages that are comprised of a given
set of hours that a company may use at a given time. All companies
who sign retainer agreements with us may be entitled to hourly discounts
depending on the level of service they require.

retainer packages provide for monthly preventative maintenance,
purchasing support, post-purchase setup and support and any other
specific requests that the company may have. Let us work with you

Solutions
